In a bowl whisk your eggs until combined
Add in all the wet ingredients and mix together
Add in the cinnamon, pumpkin spice, vanilla, and salt. Mix together
Add in one can of pumpkin purée (15 ounces)
Add in the brown and regular sugar and mix together until smooth
Slowly incorporate the flour into the mixture
Pour the mixture into the parchment paper lined pans and sprinkle some pumpkin seeds on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
